If you haven't a preferred dosage then I usually advise for MtF 7 mg (0.18 ml) every 5 days, each vial for 9 months. This dosage gives average blood estradiol level as from oral estradiol about 20 mg/day, but is much less expensive, 35 times less expensive than the cheapest estradiol pills in InHousePharmacy. This dosage is enough high to suppress testosterone production by testicles completely without antiandrogens. 7 USD/month for safe highly effective MtF HRT.
You may wonder why so cheap - no, it's estradiol in pharmacies what's overpriced. Cost of estradiol is less than 1% of pharmacy prices for pills. Also, only 5% of oral (swallowed) estradiol reaches blood. In other words, injected estradiol is 20 times more effective than swallowed. Don't worry, I do make a profit.
You can inject with insulin syringes (1 ml or less) with inbuilt (fixed, non-detachable) needles 1/2" - 5/8" (12-16 mm) long into the upper outer quarter of a buttock (deep subcutaneous).
About safety: I use terminal heat sterilization: I heat already mixed solution in sealed vials in an autoclave under pressure 165 kPa = 24 PSI at temperature 129œC (overkill - more than recommended 121œC) for 30 min. Bacteria, fungi, viruses cannot survive that. Bureaucrats get their salary for inventing new rules, no matter how unreasonable. I was accused that I don't follow rules for American compounding pharmacies like special workspace with controlled airflow and 0.22 micron filtering. However, the accuser doesn't want to think that chemical factories sell hormone powders non-sterilized. What's the sense to use controlled airflow and filtering if one of ingredients is not sterile, and filtering doesn't stop viruses? Anyway terminal sterilization must be used, and I do use it. Any efforts before terminal sterilization are pointless because the powder is not sterile, I sterilize everything as the final stage. I can understand filtering of solution for intravenous infusions liters per day (in ICU), but filtering of low-volume (1 ml/month) solution for subcutaneous or intramuscular injections doesn't make sense. If a speck of dust lands in one of hundred vials, is sterilized with heat and injected, nothing happens. An abscess is collection of pus, pus is caused by infection, a sterilized speck of dust cannot infect. For the paranoid I offer 0.22 micron filtering into sealed pre-sterilized vials (of solution in MCT oil), but it's more expensive (+10 USD per vial) and slightly less solution volume per vial because of dead space in filters. If you shake up a vial, air bubbles appear. Larger bubbles soon float up, burst and disappear. But tiniest bubbles float in the solution for days. It's very difficult to distinguish a tiny air bubble from a particle.

I offer also ready-to-use solution of estradiol enanthate (shortly EEn to distinguish it from ethinylestradiol - EE) 500 mg/vial (10 ml/vial 50 mg/ml) in Castor or MCT oil for 80 USD/vial. Estradiol enanthate is longer-acting than estradiol valerate. I advise 0.22 ml weekly or 0.31 ml every 10 days. The price difference between EV and EEn is $1/month, but it's easier t1o not forget if you inject (EEn) on the same day of every week. You can choose with solvent/thinner (faster goes through thin needle) or without. The solvent sometimes (seldom) causes allergy. One more variant is with neither solvent nor preservative.
Since July 2023 I offer also the most long-acting (injections every 3-4 weeks) estradiol undecylate 600 mg/vial (10 ml/vial 60 mg/ml) in Castor or MCT oil for 100 USD/vial, or 1000 mg/vial in Castor oil with solvent/thinner (20% BB) for 160 USD/vial.
Another option is ready-to-use solution of estradiol valerate 50 mg and progesterone 250 mg, 20 USD/vial, 8 to 16 vials per packet. Custom EV/P ratio is possible, or EV + hydroxyprogesterone caproate.
